CenterWell is redefining senior-focused care across the country and we're looking for a collaborative, data-driven marketing professional to help us scale that mission. As the Senior Associate, Management Service Organization (MSO) Marketing, the cross-division efforts of the MSO & Independent Practice Association (IPA) business segment will serve as a critical conduit to the Product Marketing team and select business partners, facilitating seamless communication and strategic alignment. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating localized strategies that connect deeply with patients and caregivers.

Key Role Functions

• Strategic Leadership & Planning

Support the development of comprehensive and scalable resources aimed at empowering our affiliate partners with tools that enable them to grow their practices, independently

Leverage advanced analytics, market research and predictive modeling to uncover emerging opportunities and risks across markets

Collaborate cross-functionally with enterprise marketing, clinical, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact

Impact This role is critical to expanding CenterWell's reach and resonance in communities across the country. Your leadership will ensure our marketing efforts are locally relevant, brand-aligned, and strategically positioned to drive meaningful engagement and business results.

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $94,900 - $130,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
