Customer Service Rep
Our client, a leader in the service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Service Coordination team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location : Cypress, CA
Pay Range : $20.00
Shift : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
What's the Job?
- Handle incoming service requests via email and phone, creating and dispatching service tickets
- Coordinate scheduling of resources and support standard service agreements
- Work closely with project managers and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Review technician notes to ensure tickets are completed accurately
- Evaluate service orders for costs and scope, and process invoices accordingly
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED requiredAt least one year of dispatching and coordinating experience, preferably with fire dispatch experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and SAPExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsWhat's in it for me?
