Be our next Architectural Practice Lead

This position can be located in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa or Jacksonville.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• This individual will be responsible for managing the Architecture team to design, production, and coordination of projects from our Miami / Fort Lauderdale office, for projects nation-wide
• The successful candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a dynamic presenter, and be able to effectively manage diverse groups of clients, project stakeholders, and team members
• You will be responsible and accountable for understanding and negotiating appropriate fees, schedule, and contract terms that are acceptable to the client and beneficial to exp
• responsible for project performance, including delivering projects within financial and schedule parameters, and for exceeding client expectations
• Participation in business development through market research, meeting with clients, assisting with marketing proposals, and participating in selection interviews is also a necessity to succeed in this role
