The Senior Director of Product will work closely with the executive team to define and drive product strategy, while actively managing the product lifecyclefrom concept through delivery and iteration. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic product vision with tactical execution.

This leader will be deeply involved in day-to-day product activities, including roadmap development, feature definition, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. They will gain a deep understanding of CodeHunter's core analysis technologies and ensure our products deliver exceptional value and customer experiences.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of the Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) space and the broader enterprise cybersecurity market, including buyer and user motivations. In addition to product delivery, the Senior Director will lead competitive market analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Define and Communicate Product Strategy

• Partner with the CEO, COO, and CTO to translate company goals into a clear, actionable product strategy and roadmap.
• Communicate this strategy across all teamsensuring clarity, alignment, and shared ownership of priorities.
• Build business cases for new capabilities, integrations, and market opportunities.
