Schedule : 8 a-4p (8a-12p is clinic, 12p-4p is rounding in hospital), call is once a month for a week, call back is not likely

Procedures : N ew patients, cancer back, bloodwork, anything that comes in door

EMR : Epic

License : WV or IMLC

Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years.
