Job Description :
- Client is seeking a Program Manager with building HVAC and Plumbing proficiency to support the development and implementation of design standards across multiple building programs.
- This role will serve as the primary liaison between key internal client design stakeholder teams, the GES Design and Construction team, external design teams and general contractors to aid design development and increase standardization across all the client building sites.
- The successful candidate will have extensive project management experience leading Mechanical Program on projects that include industrial warehouse / fulfillment facilities and / or manufacturing facilities.
- The successful candidate will also have a proven record of leading multi-discipline coordination on new and in-flight design and construction projects, including Value Engineering (VE), and cost / schedule mitigating measures.
- This candidate must perform well in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and be capable of prioritizing critical work on each project.

- The role will include occasional travel to domestic construction sites.
Responsibilities
Program Management :
Oversee multiple MEP projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsDevelop and implement program-wide strategies, processes, and best practicesCoordinate with other departments and stakeholders to align MEP programs with overall organizational goalsProject Planning and Execution :
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocationCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project executionMonitor project progress and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and objectivesTechnical Leadership :
Provide technical guidance and expertise on MEP systems and technologiesReview and approve MEP designs, specifications, and drawingsEnsure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulationsTeam Management :
Lead and mentor a team of MEP engineers, designers, and project managersAssign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluationsFoster a collaborative and innovative work environmentQuality Control :
Establish and maintain quality control processes for MEP systemsConduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure work meets quality standardsIdentify and resolve technical issues and discrepanciesCustomer Relations :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on MEP-related mattersManage client expectations and communicate project status regularlyAddress and resolve client concerns promptly and effectivelyFinancial Management :
Develop and manage program budgetsMonitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures where appropriatePrepare financial reports and forecasts for senior managementRisk Management :

Looking for hvac mechanical experience, and not manufacturer mechanical experienceBachelor's and / or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering Preferred Professional Engineer (P.E)10+ years of project management experience from design development through construction administration to complex commercial projects; industrial experience preferredStrong knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE standards, and industry regulationsDemonstrated proficiency in BIM coordination and clash detection on developing projectsImpeccable organization, written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu and Autodesk Suite (Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks)Candidate Requirements :
