Job Description
This role is an exciting opportunity to drive sales across a diverse product portfolio in the abrasives industry. You’ll directly manage key accounts, collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager, and play an integral role in operations once you're fully onboarded.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts (approximately 8–10 large accounts).
- Travel regularly (~50% monthly) alongside sales reps and agents to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Interface regularly with the National Sales Manager, working together on incentive strategies, performance tracking, and boosting team morale.
- Operate primarily from the plant location, ensuring alignment with both sales and operations.
- Bring a competitive, motivated sales drive
- Prior experience or knowledge of manufacturing industrial tools or products a plus.
- Once acclimated to the organization’s business and the culture, candidate will take on operational responsibilities such as managing the HR and Finance team.
