Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in learning design, technical / product training, or sales enablement

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex product portfolios

Proven ability to connect with learners and drive behavior change

Creative and forward-thinking approach to learning design and technology
