Job Title : Trademark Paralegal

Job Description : Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file trademark prosecution documents (applications, declarations of use, specimens) with the USPTO and international agencies.
• Conduct trademark searches using USPTO and other databases to support clearance and investigations.
• Manage, retrieve, and review trademark dockets to maintain accuracy and track deadlines.
• Draft and prepare concise legal communications, including cease & desist letters and correspondence with outside counsel.
• Coordinate documentation and assist with fact finding for trademark disputes.
• Respond to requests from internal and external parties and support global trademark portfolio submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, outside counsel, and senior management to ensure timely and effective trademark support.
