Design Engineer

Summary : Seeking a Design Engineer with strong machine design capabilities and proficiency in CAD software for automated machinery development.

Job Requirements :

Minimum of 4 years' experience in machine design

Proficiency in 3-D and 2-D drafting

Established knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and gauging techniques

At least 4 years' experience with Solidworks (preferred) or AutoDesk Inventor

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products

Experience with Solidworks PDM

Preferred Skills :

Syteline ERP experience is beneficial but not mandatory

Ability to work closely with assemblers and machine / tool shop personnel to build equipment and parts on-site

Job Responsibilities :

Design automated machinery while ensuring personal integrity, attention to detail, and pride of workmanship

Collaborate effectively with managers and owners during the selection process, which includes phone interviews followed by onsite interviews

Be prepared to work on-site as remote work is not an option for this position

Additional Information :

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is seen as an advantage but is not a strict requirement

ITAR Work Regulations compliance is mandatory for candidates

Work week consists of Monday through Friday on first shift

Pay Details : $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
