Supplier Quality Engineer

Start your journey as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will provide support for the facility's suppliers while continuing to improve the performance of supplied components, assemblies, and outsourced processes. Our Quality team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

Are You Looking to

• Maintain supplier management strategies to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and present quarterly Supplier Performance ratings, offering improvement recommendations and leading improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and work closely with various departments, including outside sales, inside sales, quality contacts, production, and upper management.

Are You Ready to

• Initiate, track, and validate Corrective Action Requests for underperforming suppliers.
• Provide support to design engineering in vendor part qualification.
• Offer technical assistance to the commodity management team as requested.
• Collaborate with vendors to enhance product quality and cost efficiency.
• Provide support for vendors as it pertains to new product designs.

Job Requirements:

What You'll Need

• S
  
  in an engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
