Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities : Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies for the Transportation Services network carrier base. Partner with teams to identify and drive process improvements that enhance service, technology, and carrier performance engagement. Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to inform key business decisions across customer-facing programs. Extract data from various databases using Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.

Essential Skills : 1-3 years of experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with basic computer skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to solve problems. Experience managing large data sets and using them to drive performance and process improvements in supply chain, intermodal, carrier, and transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications : High school or equivalent diploma. Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical / IF formulas, data cleansing, and array formulas. 1+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent fields. 1+ years of management experience. Bachelor's degree. Attributes such as ownership, delivering results, and bias for action.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
