The ideal candidate will have prior Director-level experience managing Case Management teams and a strong background in nursing management. Responsibilities : Supervise and provide leadership for Case Managers and Social Workers. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care. Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient outcomes and workflow efficiency. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the MEDITECH 6.1 charting system. Qualifications : Minimum 4 years of experience in case management or nursing leadership roles. Must have previous Director-level experience overseeing Case Managers. Active RN License of GA. BLS certification required. BSN not required.
