Job description
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Revenue Cycle Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor teams in Revenue Optimization and Revenue Integrity functions
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance
Oversee vendor management and implement automation strategies to optimize revenue cycle processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
8+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related areas
Strong people management and offshore resource management experience preferred
Proven expertise in payer auditing and chargemaster oversight
Experience using Athena EHR and RPA tools preferred
