Senior Product and Technology Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Product & Technology Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer-driven and company-led initiatives including product demos, testing, and adoption

Consult with customers on best practices for product solutions

Advocate for customers in resolving complex technical issues related to product implementation and utilization

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of the travel industry and ecosystem

Proficient knowledge of product solutions, APIs, and NDC

Demonstrated ability to consult and collaborate with stakeholders

Familiarity with mid / back office tools and online booking tools

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
