Senior Manager - Insider Risk & Analysis
We are seeking an aggressive, proactive, and visionary leader to serve as Director of Insider Risk. This role will be central in shaping, building, and driving our Insider Risk program. The ideal candidate brings a rare mix of technical expertise, investigative experience, and strategic thinking, someone who thrives on solving complex problems, working with large data sets, and designing preventive controls before risks materialize.

You are driven to build, not just maintain, excited to design a best-in-class insider risk program. You're relentless in pursuit of risk reduction, always scanning for the next weakness to shore up. You're hands on, just as comfortable writing queries as you are briefing senior stakeholders. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $85,200.00 - USD $173,100.00 / Year.
