Did you know that LMSW's are qualified to provide therapy services to children ages 0-3 years old in New York? We are a boutique agency looking for new and seasoned ABA therapists for cases in all 5 boroughs. As an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist, you will observe patients and create treatment plans to reinforce helpful behaviors. We often teach desirable behaviors such as healthy lifestyle choices, using rewards to encourage patients to develop positive habits.

Here at Little Masters, we believe in the Play and Teach philosophy. We work with young children, ages 0-3, who have been diagnosed with autism, and we teach our children through play in their natural environment. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Help patients with behavioral improvement

Observe, identify, analyze and respond to patient behaviors

Teach patients about basic life skills and academic learning strategies

Help patients improve their communication, speech and social skills

Have individual discussions with patients to create personalized rehabilitation strategies

Communicate with patients' family members

Conduct administrative tasks, like maintaining records after a therapy session

MUST BE AN LMSW or have your B-2 Certificate to qualify!

Preferred:

· Bilingual a plus

· Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Instruction preferred but will train

· Experience working in home-based programs, schools or daycares
