• Gathering requirements and developing technical specifications for ETL – 6 years
• Using ETL tools to design ETL jobs (ETL 6 years, preferably 2 years of with Alteryx)
• Developing various types of data loads (e.g. incremental, history / full, survivorship rules) – 6 years
• Implementing change data capture (CDC) – 4 years
• Testing and debugging ETL – 6 years
• Developing complex SQL - 6 years
• ETL job scheduling – 2 years
• Loading data warehouses using ETL tools – 2 years
• Management of multiple ETL tools
• Experience with data quality tools and frameworks
• Using source code version control software
• Mentoring others on ETL development
• Managing multiple, concurrent projects and tasks
• Having strong interpersonal skills including communication, mentoring, collaboration, and team building.
