Position Overview
A seasonal Technician is responsible for the set up and operation of basic / small-scale audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This position reports to an Operations Manager, Operations Director or Director, Event Technology.
Seasonal Dates and Benefits
This seasonal position will have a start date of September 2025 and end date of May 2026. Seasonal full-time positions offer benefits, overtime, training, and promotional opportunities. At the end of season May 2026, you may be invited to reapply based on business levels and performance.

Work Environment
Environment – Hotel
Work is performed in a hotel / convention center environment with moderate exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand and / or dust. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet and noisy. Team members will use high-end audio-visual equipment and electrical components and may be exposed to heights via lifts and ladders. Team members may work in multiple hotel locations. Working hours include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore.
Physical Requirements
Team members are required to meet the specified physical criteria to effectively execute essential job functions. The frequency options are categorized as Continuously, Frequently, Occasionally, and Never.
