Sr. Director, Finance, PayPal Credit And Financial Services
PayPal Credit and Financial Services Division consists of a multi-billion-dollar U.S. Consumer Credit business, an International Consumer Credit business, and a Global SMB Lending business. In addition, PayPal offers debit products and is embarking on direct deposit and funds in strategies that will help drive further engagement with our portfolio of products. PayPal Credit and Financial Services Division is focused on providing expanded credit offerings for the rapidly growing base of PayPal consumer and business users across the globe and disrupting the traditional credit landscape by leveraging PayPals substantial competitive advantages to provide a personal, You Know Me, experience to our customers. This is an opportunity to lead the Finance team that will support managing the existing Credit and Financial Services portfolios while also executing on a growth strategy focused on launching new financial products to PayPal users throughout the world.

This senior role will be fully accountable for supporting the PayPal Credit and Financial Services business requiring a candidate who can quickly become knowledgeable about the PayPal and Credit business models, including the P&L drivers and associated metrics, and is able to apply this knowledge to analyze complex issues. The Sr. Director will be responsible for all forecasting, planning, and analysis activities for the Credit and Financial Services business; such as, vetting business cases (both assumptions and structure), establishing a measurement process to track actual results against our expectations for projects, initiatives, or other investments, and cultivating a culture where we inspect what we expect. This role will also assist, advise, and coach other business functions in analytical and data retrieval processes, and make it easier for other business functions to master the connections between their work and the Credit business P&L. This role will work in close collaboration and partnership with senior leaders in Credit, Corporate Finance, Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Shared Services, and other teams as needed.
Candidates should have experience with all aspects of managing the finance function for a rapidly growing credit business with efficiency and analytical rigor.
