Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience :

Minimum years of experience is required in the care and management of target patient populations specific to the area of employment.

Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice is normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing.

License :

Current state Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) is required.

Certifications :

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required.

AHA HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for healthcare providers or an AHA approved equivalent is required.

Must-Have :

Associate's degree in nursing is required.

Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of patient populations is required.

Description :

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.

This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population.

Essential functions of the position are adapted from nursing scope and standards of practice.
