Operations Project Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Support cross-functional teams to achieve project goals through aligned roadmaps and deliverables

Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions are managed effectively

Track critical team initiatives, identifying risks and dependencies that may affect project scope and timelines

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 3 years of Project Management experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Project Management experience, or an Associate's degree with 10 years of Project Management experience, or a high school diploma / GED with 12 years of Project Management experience

Experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects

Managerial experience may coincide with the required technical experience

Preferred PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification

Experience in biotech, pharma, or manufacturing operations is advantageous
