As demand for our services continues to rise, we are seeking skilled, motivated professionals ready to grow with us in a dynamic, collaborative environment.   Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor to lead and manage the end-to-end AR function, with a strong focus on commission-related receivables.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, analytical, and organizational skills, along with a commitment to process improvement and operational excellence.   Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of AR professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing AR Commission agents.

Conduct regular cross-training sessions to ensure consistent knowledge and skill development across the team.

Assist with accounts and reconciliations as needed to support team members and ensure balanced workloads.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.

Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements to optimize AR efficiency.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis.

Prepare and distribute monthly commission reports for management review.

Analyze commission trends and discrepancies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Support the month-end close process.   Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Commissions, or a similar financial role.

Previous experience supervising or training a team preferred.

Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis).

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.   Preferred Skills Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proactive, self-directed, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

Ability to leverage data for reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred).

Tools Used :

• Excel, NetSuite, Outlook, ACES, Salesforce Compensation : The good faith compensation for this position is $75,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
