We offer 12-week internship opportunities within our different Global People Functions. Opportunities within the Global People organization include, but are not limited to :

• Global People & Product Service Delivery Team

This team provides the support and service for all general HR inquiries, as well as key moments that matter in the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding / offboarding).

The People Insights team works closely with our People Analytics & Engineering, People Science & Research, AI, Data Operations, and Strategic Workforce Planning teams to execute projects across the People Insights organization.

Our Talent Acquisition team is on an incredible multi-year journey to define and build best in class recruiting from the ground up.

These positions are not eligible for employment-based sponsorship. For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $31.39 / hour, plus equity (when applicable), variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
