Job Description :

We are seeking a mainframe developer to support our securitization organization. Employees in this role are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and products that meet customer needs. This includes participating in the full software development lifecycle—defining architecture, writing code, testing for quality, and deploying solutions. Full‑stack engineering responsibilities, including both user interface and server‑side development, may also be part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements; advocate for user‑centric solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver software using a variety of tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies (, Agile), and technologies.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to determine optimal technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies.
• Create high‑level architecture designs outlining overall structure, key components, and system interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as product owners, designers, and architects.
• Define and implement testing strategies, standards, and processes aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Continuously optimize application performance and incorporate new technologies to increase development efficiency.
• Apply modern programming practices such as test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD).
• Implement and support security best practices, including data encryption and anonymization.
• Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Build and maintain back-end systems, including APIs and microservices using server-side languages.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, collaborating with industry partners where applicable.
