Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join their client's team. This role is a direct hire position, supporting multiple locations in Baltimore, MD, including Sparrows Point and Federal Hill. The ideal candidate will have experience working with commercial buildings, including office and warehouse spaces, and be comfortable traveling between locations.

Position Overview :

The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, landscaping, plumbing, and general cleaning. The individual will ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and contribute to a safe and comfortable working environment.

Responsibilities :

• Perform minor electrical maintenance, including replacing or repairing fixtures using appropriate tools.
• Conduct minor plumbing maintenance, such as repairing leaks and unclogging drains.
• Carry out minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work, preparing surfaces and applying paints and varnishes.
• Prepare surfaces and paint various structures and equipment to prevent corrosion and maintain a safe environment.
• Order parts and maintain required documentation.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
• If a licensed electrician or plumber is required, help coordinate those projects.
