Contract opening with our client for an Entry-Level Marketing Project Specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn the ins and outs of marketing operations.
This hybrid role requires being in the office Tuesday through Thursday each week.
Essential Functions
- Help manage and track marketing projects (direct mail, email, digital, social, brand, and grassroots marketing).
- Keep project timelines organized and communicate updates to the team.
- Support the Marketing Operations Manager by ensuring tasks are approved and ready to move from planning to production.
- Assist with reporting and tracking project progress, addressing changes in schedules or deliverables.
- Capture and follow up on stakeholder feedback in a timely manner.
- Use project management tools to build and maintain project workflows.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and help prepare agendas and follow-up notes.
Requirements and Background
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).Familiarity with project management tools like Workfront, Asana, or Trello is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a proactive, customer-service mindset.Willingness to learn and grow in marketing and project management.Entry-Level Marketing Project Specialist - 25-00571
