Software Developer, Applications (Microsoft Azure)- CLEARANCE ELIGIBILTY REQUIRED

Primary Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, cloud-based applications that prioritize performance, reliability, and compliance with industry security standards.
• Implement and manage user authentication, authorization, and access controls to support secure operations.
• Build and maintain APIs, services, and backend integrations that ensure interoperability across systems.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities, ensuring adherence to established security frameworks and organizational policies.
• Create automation scripts and CI / CD pipelines to support continuous integration, delivery, and environment configuration.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, proactively addressing issues to minimize downtime and optimize response times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding systems, security, and database professionalsto align solutions with organizational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, version control practices, and recovery procedures.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., serverless, containerization, AI / ML) to recommend improvements that enhance system agility and sustainability.
• Contribute to Agile team processes, managing tasks, addressing technical debt, and ensuring smooth delivery cycles.
• Mentor junior team members and provide subject matter expertise to guide long-term modernization and digital transformation efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications :

Education / Experience Requirements :

$45 - $49 an hour
