Description :

The unit has a total of 12 beds.

There are 2-3 RNs and 1 PCT staffing each shift.

During the day shift, the staffing typically consists of a charge nurse and several RNs along with CNAs and sitters.

The patient-to-nurse ratios are 1 : 5 or 1 : 6.

The unit utilizes an electronic medical record system.

Familiarity with Meditech is essential.

Candidates should have experience with medical / surgical procedures and chemotherapy administration.

Personality fit is important, and candidates should align with the unit's guidelines and policies.

Availability to work rotational weekends and on-call may be required.
