Maintenance & Automation Engineer – Robotics, CNC, PLC

This role is in Coldwater, MI.

Asama Coldwater Manufacturing is hiring a Maintenance & Automation Engineer to support our production systems. In this role, you’ll keep equipment running smoothly, solve problems fast, and lead improvements in Robotics, CNC machines, and PLC controls .

What You’ll Do :

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Robotics, CNC, and PLC systems.
• Develop improvement plans to boost efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.
• Train and support associates on automation and equipment systems.
• Work with leaders and engineers to solve issues and improve performance.

What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma + 2 years’ experience OR associate degree.

2–4 years of relevant maintenance / automation experience.

Skills with Robotics, CNC, PLCs, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Strong problem-solving, mechanical / electrical knowledge, and teamwork ability.

Pay : $65,520.00 - $82,800.00 per year
