Job description
A company is looking for a Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner FT in Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and accurately document a thorough medical history in the EMR
Educate patients on preventative screenings, nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle habits
Provide a personalized care plan to promote wellness and prevention
Collaborate with supervising physicians regarding complex cases or urgent needs
Required Qualifications
1 year telemedicine experience
Must reside within the state of Georgia due to Georgia NP Practice Regulations
Unencumbered Georgia Nurse Practitioner License
