About Our Assisted Living Facilities :

Lakewood Pines and Lakewood Manor are licensed assisted living facilities. Lakewood Pines has 43 apartments, and Lakewood Manor has 26 apartments. We pledge to treat every person with the respect and dignity they deserve, and to focus on improving our residents' quality of life, by delivering the highest quality of care.

Mission for Position

The universal worker will provide personalized, compassionate care to residents while focusing on dignity and respect for each resident in their care.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing and passing medications

Encourage residents to function at the highest level of their ability

Communicate information regarding resident needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff members

Observe proper infection control and safety procedures

Respond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members and fellow staff

Part-Time AM Shifts

Position 1 : 0600-1430 | 48-56 hrs / pp | 8-hr shifts | Every other weekend & holiday

Position 2 : 0600-1430 | 16 hrs / pp | 8-hr shifts | Every other weekend & holiday

Position 3 : 0600-1430 | 16-32 hrs / pp | 8-hr shifts | Every other weekend & holiday

Position 4 : 0700-1200 | 20-32 hrs / pp | 5-hr shifts | Every other weekend & holiday

Part-Time PM Shift

Position 5 : 1400-2230 | 32-40 hrs / pp | 8-hr shifts | Every other weekend & holiday

Part-Time NOC Shift

Position 6 : 1800-0630 | 12-36 hrs / pp | 12-hr shifts | Every third weekend | Every other holiday

Universal workers start at $17 / hr, with CNA certification at $19 / hr.

Current MN Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred but notrequired.
