Minimum Qualifications :

• 2 years of professional experience in office work. A bachelor's degree from a college or university can substitute for years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and extended hours, as needed, with short notice.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsible for intaking cases received by the Office of Election Crimes and Security (OECS). This requires you to :

Perform other related work as assigned by the Director.

Complete any specialty assignments that may fall outside of the scope of your routine intake duties, including project management, operational support, systems administration, inventory tracking, administrative support, or any other duties which are not covered in the other performance expectations.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

Criminal Background Checks : A Level 2 criminal background check is a condition of employment. If selected for this position, you must provide your fingerprints. We will send your fingerprints to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for a criminal background check.
