Employment Opportunity: Sometimes the threat to life, destruction of critical infrastructure or damage to the environment is so severe that a specially trained and equipped security force is needed. When that happens, Inter-Con turns to its Security Officers. As part of this elite team you will secure some of our most vital assets. You will be trained in enhanced security procedures and be exposed to cutting edge technology. Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support and mentor security officers during swing shift operations
• Ensure all posts are properly staffed, and officers are adhering to policies and post orders.
• Conduct shift briefings, inspections, and patrols to ensure operational readiness.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, unusual activity, etc.,
• Enforce company policies, client rules, and safety standards consistently.
• Provide coaching, corrective guidance, and on-the-job training

Qualifications / Preferences:

• Must have at 3+ years of security supervisor experience
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer application knowledge
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods at a time
• Be flexible in their schedule
• Great attendance record
• Must pass the MVR.
• Preferred experience with metal detectors and security wands

Work Environment and Schedule:

• Job operates in client sites which could be indoors or outdoors.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking, in the performance of daily security activities.
• Open availability Nights, Weekends, Holidays and overtime as directed(overtime occurs).
• Work various shifts and Holidays as assigned.
