About the Role

We are on the lookout for a driven and strategic Senior Financial Executive to become a vital part of our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy and guiding the planning and forecasting to support our ambitious growth goals. You will oversee cash flow, liquidity, and debt management, actively collaborating with the leadership team to develop robust budgets and insightful long-term growth plans. Your expertise will be essential in building scalable processes across our international subsidiaries, leading capital and equity initiatives, and ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, particularly within international operations and startup environments. We're seeking a leader who has successfully managed finances in a dynamic setting, with proficiency in NetSuite and a comprehensive understanding of GAAP / FASB standards. You should be a strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, global company. Your mission will be to optimize our financial structure, streamline operations, and secure the financial stability and liquidity of our organization.

Your success will be evaluated based on your ability to fortify our financial foundation, obtain board-level approval for key strategies, and drive operational excellence within the finance function.
