Description

Primary Job Function

This bonus eligible position prepares a variety of surfaces including steel, aluminum, stainless steel and other shop coated metal, uncoated metal, finished hardware, accessories and other surfaces as specified.

Note : This position operates on Day Shift 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm, Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Racks / Unracks product for phosphate and powder lines
• Masks / unmasks parts per prints and set up sheets, cleans, loads and carries parts to and from powder coat line.
• Loads and washes product on the phosphate line
• Finishes parts as directed
• Inspects product to cosmetic standards as each step of the process is completed
• Loads / unloads materials, parts or products onto or from pallets, skids, conveyor, or trucks, either manually or using a hoist.
• Typically works under the direct supervision of a Powder Coat Line Operator .
• Follows established safety protocols including required usage of PPE; helps to maintain a safe working environment
• Keeps work area clean and organized
• Performs other duties as assigned

Our pay ranges are guided by the discipline, level, and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on various factors, including desired skills / technical competency, relevant experience, transferrable skills, and advanced education / training.

Signing Bonus

To welcome you to our team and show our commitment to your success, we are offering a signing bonus of $500.00 ! This bonus will be awarded in two installments, 50% upon successful completion of probationary period and the balance paid upon completion of one year of service with IMC.
