Job descriptionCompetitive earning potential in a private practice setting Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) retirement plan with employer match CEU reimbursement for ongoing professional development Paid time off (PTO) Consistent flow of client referrals to help build and maintain a caseload Flexible scheduling options (in-person and telehealth) Full administrative support for scheduling, billing, credentialing, and marketing Secure, user-friendly platforms for case notes and scheduling Weekly clinical team meetings and collaborative team-building events Conduct intake assessments and establish strong therapeutic relationships. Provide high-quality therapy for individuals, couples, families, and / or children. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and licensing standards. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Actively participate in team meetings, consultation, and supervision. Masters degree (or higher) in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Active Illinois licensure (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT). A background in Christian counseling is a plus Interest in working with children and adolescents is a plus Comfortable working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills. Commitment to ongoing learning and use of best practices in mental health care. Availability for 15-30 client hours per week.
