Ideal candidate will have :

• Experience with Windows OS / MS Teams / One Drive / SharePoint
• Azure / Active Directory
• Service Now (preferred)
• ACD System (e.g. TalkDesk, Avaya)
• Critical Thinking
• Customer Service / soft skills
• Flexible Schedule / adaptable
