Sous Chef Requirements

• Proven managerial experience in a full-service dining environment
• Minimum of 3 years in a full-service restaurant setting
• Results-driven leaders only!
• Experience managing sales volumes of $2M+
• Energetic, guest-oriented, and eager to make an impact
