Financial Analyst

Chesapeake Search Partners has partnered with a growing not-for-profit organization to identify a Financial Analyst. This role supports an expanding FP&A function within a complex, multi-entity environment. The Financial Analyst will focus on modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational reporting for a behavioral health entity, while also contributing to strategic finance initiatives, including support for acquisitions activities. Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Report and evaluate financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and guide the cost analysis process
• Participate in budgeting & short / long term planning
• Identify and drive process improvements and increase productivity
• Develop and track key affiliate and / or division KPI / metrics in coordination with operations and finance
• Perform internal audits
• Perform general ledger analysis and other corporate accounting tasks as assigned
