Chesapeake Search Partners has partnered with a growing not-for-profit organization to identify a Financial Analyst. This role supports an expanding FP&A function within a complex, multi-entity environment. The Financial Analyst will focus on modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational reporting for a behavioral health entity, while also contributing to strategic finance initiatives, including support for acquisitions activities. Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Report and evaluate financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and guide the cost analysis process
- Participate in budgeting & short / long term planning
- Identify and drive process improvements and increase productivity
- Develop and track key affiliate and / or division KPI / metrics in coordination with operations and finance
- Perform internal audits
- Perform general ledger analysis and other corporate accounting tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
5 plus years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar rolesHealthcare and / or behavioral healthcare preferredAdvanced Excel and strong financial modeling capabilitiesDegree in Finance, Business or AccountingExperience with multi-entity environments or M&A-related work is a plus
