Responsibilities associated with data analytics and automation may include the following :
- Work with employees throughout the company to assist them in the design, creation, publishing, update and maintenance of business intelligence reports ( in Power BI or Tableau) or other data analysis tools. Assistance to client may cover data Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL), data model creation, calculations ( Power BI DAX), report creation, and publishing
- Assist as needed with data governance or automation governance
Responsibilities associated with general Client Services functions, as needed, may include the following :
Work with the Client Services related infrastructure projects and initiatives to ensure solutions are aligned and that the transition and delivery of new or upgraded systems are seamlessly moved to production support teams and suppliersSupport clients by providing instructions to resolve their application updates or requests for new servicesResolve product and / or service problems by working with application support teamAbility to create training documentation to support applicationInterface with other areas of IT for engineering and infrastructure supportAnalyze performance of Helpdesk activities and documented resolutions, identify problem areas and deliver solutions to enhance quality of serviceComply with ITSM / ITIL process such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management, CMDB, KEDBJob Specific Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related technical field to be received within 6 months of receiving your offer.Level of experience required ranges from internship to 2 years of experience within the IT field or an industry with reliance on technical expertise.Experience with Power BI and / or other data visualization softwareOverall strong technical proficiency in information technology / computer disciplinesStrong MS Office skillsSelf-starter with the demonstrated ability to learn new technical concepts quicklyDetail oriented and demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skillsGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, IT management and staffGood communications, consultative and interpersonal skills, including oral, written and presentationAbility to work in a 24x7 environment with callout availability requiredAdditional Critical Information :
