We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cranbury, New Jersey. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, where you will play a vital role in supporting production planning, logistics, and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing supply chain data, collaborating across departments, and ensuring efficient workflows.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and print labels, release production orders, and update work instructions to support efficient production planning.
  • Modify production schedules as needed to align with shifting priorities and operational demands.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Provide backup support for purchasing and other cross-functional roles as needed.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline delivery schedules and reduce transportation costs.
  • Leverage advanced Excel functions and Microsoft Office tools to analyze, interpret, and visualize supply chain data.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer service inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Oversee order entry processes and verify accuracy across supply chain documentation and records.
  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of order entry and supply chain management processes.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports using Excel.
  • Familiarity with bill of materials (BOM) and production planning workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with logistics and other cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Experience in printing and label generation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.
