Job Summary
The daily requirements of this job are installing aftermarket vehicle accessories like fiberglass cap installs, running boards, grill guards, lift kits, light wiring and similar items on vehicles. Previous experience preferred.
Aftermarket Upfitting Installation Technician Tasks :
Responsible for correct installation of various vehicle accessories including grille guards, bumper replacements, leveling kits, lift kits, steps, wheels & tiresDisassemble and reassemble interior panels and trimComprehend and deliver specific and / or customized requests from customers and supervisorsEnsure parts and components and electrical components are assembled per instructions for proper appearance and function.Repair defects and report repetitive quality issues.Function with a minimal or no supervision.Follow and / or set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.Assist in training installers at all skill levels.Flexible schedules and career advancement opportunities available.
