After Care / Before Care Teacher

Position Overview

Liberation Academy is seeking compassionate and responsible individuals to join our Before and Aftercare program. This role provides essential care and support to students outside of regular school hours, offering a safe, engaging, and structured environment in the mornings and afternoons. This position includes, but is not limited to the following :

• Supervise and engage with students, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment
• Plan and implement activities that promote creativity, teamwork, and learning
• Provide light snacks and assist with any homework needs
• Monitor student attendance and report absences or issues as required
• Communicate with parents and guardians during pick-up and drop-off as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the program area

Benefits

This role is hourly. Hours range from 10 to 18 per week. The hourly rate is $18-$20 and commensurate with experience.
