About The Job…
As the
Global Marketing Manager
at ATD, you will report to our Director B2B Marketing and lead the development and execution of strategies that position the ATD brand effectively for global audiences. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, engagement, revenue growth and market expansion across international markets by leveraging email campaigns, website content, digital tactics, and social media channels. This role has a heavy focus on the Middle East, North Africa and Asia Pacific regions. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of global markets, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Specifically, the key initiatives and responsibilities of this role include :
Develop and implement strategies to position the ATD brand effectively for diverse global audiences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional market needs.
Develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to global audiences, outlining key strategies, objectives, and tactics to drive revenue growth.
Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and other digital tactics to promote ATD products, services, and initiatives.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and drive ROI.
Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and a user-friendly experience for global audiences.
Develop compelling messaging that resonates with international markets.
Partner with digital and social media teams to create and implement strategies that engage global audiences and promote ATD offerings effectively.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and engage international teams, corporate delegations, and regional partners.
Utilize tracking systems to evaluate lead quality and conversion metrics.
Monitor industry trends and audience insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
Work closely with internal teams, regional offices, and external partners to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities.
Manage project timelines and ensure seamless execution of global marketing initiatives.
About You...
5+ years proven experience in marketing, with a focus on global brand positioning and audience engagement.
Strong understanding of email marketing, website content management, and digital marketing strategies.
Demonstrated success in lead generation, particularly for international audiences and corporate delegations.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience in managing and developing marketing plans for international audiences is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent, relevant experience is required
