Maintenance Supervisor

Join Marquette Management as a Maintenance Supervisor in Arlington Heights, IL.

The Service Manager position plays a key role in providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities include general repairs, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment and supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances.

Requirements

Previous maintenance experience, excellent leadership and customer service skills, general computer knowledge, and experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns. HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus. Availability for on-call purposes and flexibility to work weekends is also a plus.
