C. Coverage Dates – asap pending credentialing

D. Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration : 5 -8s , 4-10s, or 2-8s and 2-12’s

E. Is call required? No call, no weekends

F. Rotation : Monday - Friday

G. Type of call : N / A

H. # of ORs : 14 ORs, OB, EP lab, 2 GI labs, offsite anesthesia

I. Type of Anes Model medically directed

J. Supervision ratio 1 : 4,1 : 3 or 1 : 2 depending on the complexity of cases that day

K. Case types : all cases, high-acuity, general bread and butter, ortho, endo, vascular, heads, hearts – they need people who can handle a large scope of cases.
