Job Title : CNC Programmer Job Description

This role involves generating programs for a variety of automated machining centers, including sheet metal punching, laser cutting, and bending. The CNC Programmer will collaborate closely with machine operators, production supervisors, and both manufacturing and design teams to enhance machine utilization and efficiency while minimizing material waste.

Responsibilities

• Generate programs for various automated CNC machines such as sheet metal punches, lasers, press brakes, and tube lasers.
• Collaborate with machine operators, production supervisors, manufacturing, and design teams to improve machine utilization and efficiency.
• Design and develop air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment using 2D and 3D drawing tools.
• Produce detailed drawings and schematics for manufacturing purposes.
• Participate in product development by collaborating with other engineering teams for seamless integration.
• Review drawings and specifications, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry standards.
• Validate that drawings comply with safety standards and specifications.
• Determine tooling requirements and maintain the tooling database.
• Prepare material requisitions and documentation to support production.
• Troubleshoot programming and DXF file errors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00 / hr.
