What we need from you :

Under the direction of the Community Relations Director, supports the sales process through : establishing and maintaining client relationship, discovery of clients’ needs and desires, identifying and communicating effective solutions to these needs and desires with the community’s products and services, closing, and post-sales activities.

Uses good listening techniques and demonstrates exceptional customer service.

Presents a warm and welcoming presence to guests and visitors, ensuring that their needs are met.  Acts as a professional representative of the organization and demonstrates exceptional customer service skills.

Demonstrates work habits that support the organization's mission to create and maintain distinctive, service-enriched housing environments for America’s senior population.

Supports the community's programs to encourage resident independence, well-being, and opportunity for personal growth.

Supports the efforts of the sales team to meet or exceed sales and / or occupancy goals as defined for the community.

Responsible for overseeing the completion of required move-in paperwork.
