What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our companyproviding accurate, courteous, and professional assistance to contract owners, agents, and third parties. You'll handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing a high volume of inbound calls with efficiency and empathy.
• Understanding customer needs, researching issues, and delivering clear solutions.
• Explaining life and annuity products in a way that's easy to understand.
• Processing transactions accurately and on time.
• Building lasting relationships by going the extra mile.
• Keeping detailed records of interactions in our system.
• Collaborating with your team to meet service and quality goals.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).

Ability to work onsite downtown Des Moines.

Familiarity with life insurance and annuities is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
