Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our companyproviding accurate, courteous, and professional assistance to contract owners, agents, and third parties. You'll handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your responsibilities will include :

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
Ability to work onsite downtown Des Moines.
Familiarity with life insurance and annuities is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
